Helukabel Ireland are the subsidiary of Helukabel GMBH which was founded over 40 years ago. HELUKABEL® is today one of Germany´s leading cable manufacturers, boasting an extensive range of cables, wires, special cables, media technology, cable accessories, as well as Data, Network & Renewables, fibre optics, motor control, medium voltage and cable protection systems for robotics and handling systems.
Helukabel Ireland began trading in June 2023 and was started by Managing Director Geoff Byrne with it’s own office and 3,500sqft warehouse in Baldoyle, North County Dublin. Geoff has over twenty years' experience in the construction and cable manufacturing industry working for some of the leading cable manufacturing companies globally.
Before joining Helukabel, Managing Director Geoff had various roles as a Procurement Lead, Business Development Manager, Sales & Product Marketing Specialist and General Manager. His vast experience has given him a wealth of knowledge on offering customers solutions, dealing with complicated projects and a strong passion for sustainable energy and renewables here in Ireland and across Europe.
Helukabel’s R&D Division based in Hemmingen, Germany offers its Irish customers technical design and support in the cable and accessories industry.
